Sometimes your shipping platform or the settings on your application results in prints that are off center or cut-off.

You can adjust these margins and define new paper sizes by the following method.

 

For MAC:

1. Open desired file (e.g. a PDF). Click "File" and choose "Print". Select "Show Details”.

 

2. Select your printer, then choose "Last Used Settings" so that you cannot need to repeat the setting

3. Select the print size you need

4. Select "Printer Features" - > Select "Page Options" in "Features Sets"

5. Adjust the margins in "Horizontal Offset" or "Vertical Offset"


 

 

6. ① If your label is offset to the right, please adjust the parameter to a negative value (Note: Please adjust the specific parameters to the actual situation, the video is just a reference)

 

 If your label is offset to the Left, please adjust the parameter to a positive value


 

 If your label is offset upwards, adjust the parameter to a negative value

 

 If your label is offset to the down, please adjust the parameter to a positive value

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For Win:

1. Go to "Control panel" -> "Devices and Printers"

(Right click on "This PC", choose "Properties", then click on "Control panel"-> "Devices and Printers")

2. Right click on "Label Printer" -> choose "Printer Preferences" 

3. Go to the "Option". Adjust the margins as desired on "Adjustment”. You may need to do some trial and error to find the perfect combination. You may enter both negative and positive values.

5. Click on "OK" to send these settings to the printer for your next print.
